Chapter

A Chapter is defined as any group that holds Dagorhir events for its membership and is recognized by DBGA under the terms of the Chapter Contract. A Chapter's membership is defined as those people who regularly attend that Chapter's events. As such, a Chapter has a geographical basis defined by membership participation. However, no Chapter may claim an exclusive geographic location or boundaries as their membership. (e.g., No Chapter can "claim" the state of Colorado as their Chapter’s exclusive territory.)

Contract

The Dagorhir Chapter Contract is a legal document between the DBGA and two of the chapter's officers (typically the President and Vice President, or Admin and Co-Admin). The chapter contract establishes the rights and expectations of both the chapter and the DBGA, as well as establishing a venue for any legal disputes.

In order for a chapter to be officially recognized by the DBGA (and therefore have representation at the RWC), a chapter must have an executed chapter contract with DBGA.
