The Ragnarok War Council (aka RWC) is the body of elected officials who preside over the election of officials for Ragnarok and who can enact changes to the Manual of Arms.

Elect Ragnarok Officials
Each year, the RWC votes on which volunteers will serve as the following positions at Ragnarok:
Choose Date and Location of Next Ragnarok
The RWC choose the date and location for the next Ragnarok. It is typically held around the same time (end of June) and location (currently Cooper's Lake Campground). See Ragnarok for a list of previous dates and locations.
Make Changes to the Manual of Arms
On even years, the RWC can vote on any changes (requiring simple majority) to the Manual of Arms. During odd years, the RWC can only vote on changes to the Manual of Arms if they are safety-related changes. All changes go into effect beginning the first day of the next Ragnarok, unless that change is a safety-related change, in which case it goes into effect immediately.
