Herald

A Herald Is the Dagorhir equivalent of any other sports referee.

At a typical event there will be individual heralds assigned to various positions such as armor and weapons check, garb check, and numerous heralds on the field insuring the safety and play-ability of any games.

"2.2 - The Herald (Dagorhir Referee) is the primary authority responsible for interpreting and enforcing these rules on the battlefield."
